Sending multiple attachments using MTOM

I have to develop a webservice using MTOM that send multiple attachments.
I'm using 2.2.12 version of cxf and I can't update it.
I'm not sure if I can develop this webservice using cxf-2.2.12
Can you confirm it, please?

We are using an old cxf version 2.2.12 and we can't update it.

In theory it should work as multiple MTOM attachments is required per JAX-WS spec which all versions of CXF support. That said, 2.2.x is ancient and unsupported (and full of security vulnerabilities). You should definitely upgrade.
